Noverity was not born in a boardroom. It was born from a shared frustration. Shaun Pitout and Chaun Chiang spent years working inside the “big agency” recruitment machine.
They saw the industry standard, and they did not like it.
They saw nurses treated like line items on a spreadsheet. They saw facilities being sent “warm bodies” just to fill quotas. They saw a transactional world that had lost its heart. So, they left. They walked away to build something decent. Something human.
They built Noverity on a simple premise: If you treat people well, pay them fairly, and tell the truth, the business takes care of itself. We do not want to be the biggest agency in Australia. We simply want to be the one you trust.

Driven by a genuine desire to help, he ensures that Noverity never feels like a faceless corporation. He believes that we should always go that little bit further for a client, even if it is not the easy option.

“The Architect”
Chaun ensures that our human-first promise is backed by rock-solid systems. He builds the structures that ensure people who interact with Noverity are receiving the best experience possible. He is focused on fairness, transparency, and making sure the engine runs smoothly for our people.
