Frequently Asked Questions
To ensure you feel confident on the floor, we require 6+ months of industry experience for Care Staff. For RNs and ENs, while we prefer 6+ months of experience, we also welcome new graduates. We handle new grad placements on a case-by-case basis to ensure we can organise the right opportunities to get you started.

We move as fast as you do. Once you reach out, we respond within 1–2 days. From there, it depends on how quickly you can provide your credentialing documents (IDs, immunisation records, training modules, police checks, etc.). We have had staff cleared and ready to work in as little as 24–48 hours.
Most of the time, you will use our Workforce App to view and accept shifts instantly. However, we maintain a human touch and will sometimes reach out directly via call or text if we have a role that suits you perfectly.
Weekly. We know you have bills to pay, so we ensure funds hit your account on time, every single week.
We take pay accuracy seriously. If you spot an issue, reach out to our payroll team—we review and respond within 1–2 days. If it is an error on our end, we own it and fix it immediately on the day itself.
