You might have noticed things look a little different around here. We want to be open about why.

When we started Lumina Talents, we focused on finding great staff. But as we grew, we realised that the word “Talents” made us sound like a casting agency or a corporate headhunter. It didn’t reflect who we actually are: a healthcare-first team supporting nurses and facilities on the ground.

So, we decided to fix it.

We are now Noverity. The name comes from “Nova” (New) and “Verity” (Truth). It stands for a new truth in healthcare staffing—one based on transparency, decency, and respect.

What has changed?

• Our name and logo.
• Our email addresses (though the old ones still redirect to us).

What has NOT changed?

• The Owners: We (Shaun and Chaun) are still here, running the show every day.
• The Team: The same friendly voices are on the phone.
• The Process: Payroll, shift bookings, and compliance remain exactly the same.
• The Mission: We are still dedicated to treating you like humans, not numbers.
